Qualifications:

• Must meet the qualifications to sign a Professional Statement of Need (PSN).
• Typically requires licensure or certification in a relevant field such as Social Work (LSW, LGSW, LISW, LICSW), Nursing (RN, LPN), or other mental health professions.
• Strong understanding of housing resources and community services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
